The Laboratory

The Advanced Medical Imaging and Computing labOratory (AMICO) is a joint laboratory born from a cooperation agreement between IBB and ICAR Institutes of the National Research Council.
The laboratory is seen as a virtual structure made of human resouces, expertises and facilities.
It was constituted on June 2007.

Mission

The AMICO main purpose is to carry out research activities in the field of Medical Imaging and Development of virtual reality environment for medical applications.
